Domesis™ User Data Deletion

Domesis™ respects your right to control your personal information and information associated with connected third-party accounts.

Domesis™ is operated by Unsink LLC.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to Domesis™ Social, you can disconnect the integration from within Domesis™:

1. Sign in to your Domesis™ account.
2. Open Social.
3. Open your social connection settings.
4. Select Disconnect Meta.
5. Confirm the disconnection.

You may also revoke Domesis™ access directly through your Facebook or Meta account settings.

Disconnecting prevents Domesis™ from continuing to use the revoked authorization to access your Facebook or Instagram assets.

Requesting Data Deletion

You can also submit the request while signed in, from Social connection settings.

To request deletion of personal information associated with your Domesis™ account, email:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Domesis™ account and provide enough information for us to identify the account.

For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.

What We Delete

Following a verified deletion request, as applicable, Domesis™ will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including stored information associated with connected Facebook and Instagram accounts and authorization credentials that are no longer required.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including records necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or compliance with legal obligations.

Meta Data Deletion Requests

If Domesis™ receives a data deletion request through mechanisms provided by Meta, we will process the request in accordance with applicable Meta Platform requirements and our data retention practices.

Processing Time

We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
