Domesis™ Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Domesis™, including Domesis™ Social and related services provided by Unsink LLC (“Domesis™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Domesis™, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activities performed through your Domesis™ account.

Domesis™ Services

Domesis™ provides software tools for real estate professionals and other authorized users, including tools for organizing information, creating presentations and marketing materials, managing workflows, and creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content.

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Third-Party Integrations

Domesis™ may integrate with third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Domesis™ to access and use information and perform actions permitted by the permissions you grant through that third-party platform.

You represent that you have the necessary authority to connect and manage any account, Page, profile, or other asset that you authorize Domesis™ to access.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms, policies, and restrictions.

Domesis™ Social

Domesis™ Social allows authorized users to connect supported social media accounts and create, schedule, manage, or publish content.

You retain responsibility for content published through your accounts.

You agree not to use Domesis™ to publish content that:

• Violates applicable law.
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful.
• Violates the rules or policies of a connected third-party platform.
• Contains malicious software or attempts to compromise another system or account.

Domesis™ may restrict access to social publishing features where necessary to comply with law, platform requirements, or security obligations.

Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to Domesis™.

You grant Domesis™ a limited license to process, store, reproduce, transform, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the services you request.

When you instruct Domesis™ to publish content to a third-party platform, you authorize Domesis™ to transmit that content to the selected platform on your behalf.

Artificial Intelligence

Certain Domesis™ features may use artificial intelligence to assist with content creation, recommendations, analysis, or other functionality.

AI-generated content may contain errors or require modification. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before relying on or publishing it.

You may not use Domesis™ to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information.
• Circumvent security or platform restrictions.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.
• Engage in spam, fraud, impersonation, or abusive activities.
• Interfere with the operation or security of Domesis™ or third-party services.

Availability

We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Some Domesis™ functionality depends on third-party platforms and APIs. Changes, interruptions, limitations, or restrictions imposed by those providers may affect the availability of certain Domesis™ features.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Domesis™ features may require a paid subscription.

Applicable pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and other commercial conditions will be presented when purchasing or subscribing to those services.

Intellectual Property

Domesis™ software, branding, interfaces, designs, technology, and other proprietary materials are owned by Unsink LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Domesis™ intellectual property.

Termination

You may stop using Domesis™ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to violations of these Terms, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, abuse, or violations of third-party platform requirements.

Disclaimer

Domesis™ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unsink LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Domesis™.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Domesis™ following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
