Information We Collect

When you create or use a Domesis™ account, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account information, business information, preferences, and content that you create or upload through the platform.

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account to Domesis™ Social, we may receive information authorized by you through Meta’s APIs. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:

  • Your basic Facebook profile information.
  • Facebook Pages that you manage or are authorized to access.
  • Information associated with a selected Facebook Page.
  • Instagram professional accounts associated with authorized Facebook Pages.
  • Page and Instagram account identifiers, names, usernames, and related metadata.
  • Content and media necessary to create, manage, or publish social media posts.
  • Page and Instagram insights or analytics where authorized.
  • Access tokens and authorization information necessary to maintain the connection with Meta.

Domesis™ only requests access to information and permissions that are necessary to provide the features you choose to use.

Meta Platform Data

Information obtained from Meta Platforms is used only to provide the functionality requested by the Domesis™ user and in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms and policies.

Domesis™ does not sell Meta Platform Data.

We do not use information obtained through Meta APIs for unrelated advertising or data-broker activities.

Access to Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts is limited to assets that the user has authorized through Meta.

Access Tokens

Domesis™ may securely store access tokens provided through Meta's authorization process. These tokens allow Domesis™ to perform actions that you have authorized, such as retrieving authorized account information or publishing content.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect these credentials and do not expose access tokens to other Domesis™ users.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Domesis™, such as cloud infrastructure, database, security, communications, analytics, and other technology providers.

These providers may access information only as necessary to provide services to Domesis™ and are subject to appropriate confidentiality or data protection obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of Domesis™, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information obtained through Facebook or Instagram integrations.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Domesis™ services, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Information associated with a third-party integration may be deleted or disconnected when the user removes that integration or requests deletion, subject to limited retention where required by law or legitimate security and recordkeeping requirements.

Disconnecting Facebook and Instagram

Users may disconnect their Meta integration from within Domesis™ Social.

Users may also revoke Domesis™ permissions through their Facebook or Meta account settings.

After authorization is revoked, Domesis™ will no longer use the revoked authorization to access the user's Meta assets.
